The latest delivery to the Momentum offices is courtesy of our friends at Richa, who have kindly sent us the tidy looking Bib Reflex Trousers to review.
Althouth we are yet to take them out on the road, first impressions are great. The textile trousers come with a detachable upper part which acts as braces, this might not be to everyones liking but it is easily zipped off.
The trousers themselves are waterproof, windproof and made from breathable materials, perfect for all weather riding. They also have a detachable lining which can be quickly zipped in and out, depending on what the weather is doing!
For added peace of mind, the Richa Bib Reflex Trousers come with ajustable CE knee protectors and foam padding around the outer-thigh/hip area. What’s more the trousers include reflective strips around the bottom of the legs to increase your visibility.
On a practical note, thr trousers appear to be very well made with good quality stitching, the long zips at the bottom of the legs make them easy to get on and off, and the zippable pockets will also prove very useful.
The trousers have an RRP of £159.99 so we’re expecting a good performance and a decent mileage out of them. Keep your eye out for the full road-test review on Momentum Blog over the next couple of months.
