The newest addition to the Demon family, the Flexforce X D30 V3 is based on the X2 model but has now been fitted with the X-connect system. The X-connect system makes the top compatible with Demon’slower body protection that also have the X-connect system, resulting in excellent neck to coccyx protection. X-connect garments can be worn on their own or together,when not in use, the connecting elements are covered by a TPR patch, to give added protection and comfort. The top makes extensive use of D30, which is an intelligent material that is flexible in normal use, but which hardens on impact. The ribs are protected by SAS-TEC, another intelligent protective material. The protective material is integrated into a fabric that is a with lightweight lycra/mesh blend, which is flexible and extremely comfortable, being easily worn in all terrains from the ski slopes to the bike trails. It provides for a snug fit, which means that the body armour can also be worn under other clothing.
