Key features of Spada SP18
Sportsbikeshop lists the following details for the checked version:
- Impact-resistant thermoplastic construction
- Removable and washable liner
- Integrated breath deflector
- UV and scratch-resistant visor
- Internal drop-down sun visor
- Visor button lock
Protection and construction
The listed approval is ECE 22.06. Check the exact helmet label and specification for the version you are buying, particularly if you need it for a track event.
Fit and adjustment
The chin-strap fastening is Quick Release. Make sure you are comfortable operating that fastening and adjusting it securely before choosing the helmet.
Visor and visibility
The visor is prepared for a Pinlock insert, but the insert is not included. Allow for that separate purchase if anti-fog performance is a priority.
Comfort and everyday use
The interior is removable for cleaning. Follow the manufacturer’s care instructions and refit the pads in their original positions.
Fit and the exact version
Try the helmet on before committing to a size: check even contact around the head and secure retention with the strap fastened. Shell specifications do not establish whether its internal shape suits you. If you use glasses or an intercom, check their fit with this exact helmet and the relevant fitting instructions.
Versions and options
The checked listing links to these options: Chameleon, Vertex Blue / Yellow, Vertex Blue / Red / White, Matt Black, White. Check the selected version and available sizes before ordering; the linked price may apply to a particular option.
